2008/2009 Tuition Schedule

ST. PATRICK'S CATHOLIC SCHOOL

  1. RATES (Per Child):
    Tuition: $ 6,500.00
    Books & Materials Fee: $    325.00

    Total Tuition & Books Fee:    $ 6,825.00
  2. All families attending St. Patrick's Catholic School are expected to be registered, active and participating in their Catholic parish on a regular basis.

  3. DEPOSIT:
    A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per child is required for all students. This fee, which will be deducted from tuition, is to be paid at the time the Tuition Contractual Agreement is due.


  4. TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
    Three methods of payment are available. Annual, semi-annual, monthly and credit card payments will be paid directly to St. Patrick's. The payment schedule is below:

    1. Annual Payment: in full, due on or before June 1, 2008


    2. Semi-Annual Payments: one half of the total due
      June 1, 2008 and the second half due by October 15, 2008


    3. Monthly Payments: Electronic withdrawal/credit card charges will be posted on the 15th of the month:
      1. 9 monthly payments from June 2008 - February 2009
      2. 9 monthly payments from September 2008 - May 2009
      3. 12 monthly payments from June 2008 - May 2009

  5. NOTES:
    1. THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT to withhold a student's school record when the family fails to satisfactorily meet tuition payments


    2. TUITION ASSISTANCE: Limited scholarship aid is available by the parish. Please contact the school office for an application or you may download it off of our website www.stpatricksrockville.com


    3. EARLY WITHDRAWAL: If a student should transfer after the commencement of a semester, parents remain responsible for that semester's full tuition obligation. Semesters are divided as follows: first day of academic year through January 1 (first semester); January 2 through the last day of academic year (second semester).
